Speaking of the Clare series, the movie adaptation of the first book, Saint Clare, had its world premiere this past Saturday at the Taormina Film Festival in Sicily. The movie stars Bella Thorne (Blended) as Clare and a knock-out cast of Ryan Phillippe (I Know What You Did Last Summer), Rebecca De Mornay (The Hand That Rocks the Cradle), and Frank Whaley (Pulp Fiction), directed by Mitzi Peirone and co-written by Peirone and Guinevere Turner (American Psycho).
