Congrats to STC! Friend Andrew Mittman, who is executive producer of the recently announced adaptation of The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress, based on the classic sci-fi book by Robert A. Heinlein, to be directed by Bryan Singer (the 3 X-Men films, the upcoming Broadway 4D).
Arrow executive producer Marc Guggenheim will adapt the book for the project, which will be titled Uprising and released by Twentieth Century Fox. Singer is producing with Lloyd Braun of Whalerock Industries and Thor Halvorssen. Executive producing along with Andrew is Jason Taylor.
