How do I access the app after I purchase it?
You will receive an Order Confirmation with a link—or you can click on My Account in our site’s footer and then click on Orders in the module to find the same link.
How do I install the app on my phone or tablet?
No need to go to the app store.
To install the app on an iPhone or iPad, open the app in Safari → tap Share → Add to Home Screen.
To install on an Android phone or tablet, open Chrome → Menu (⋮) → “Install app” or “Add to Home Screen” → Confirm → Launch like a normal app.
How do I work offline?
Before going offline, choose a current or new project, click the Profile icon, and then select Preload data PWA in the dropdown.
How do I import individual scenes or chapters I've written into the complete Script or Manuscript?
On the nav bar, open Script if you’re writing a Screenplay or Manuscript if you’re writing a novel, then a) on a PC, right click and choose “Import from scenes” or b) on a Mac, Control-Click and choose “Import from scenes.”
