I am using Save the Cat S (4) Pro Novel By Chapter and I Cannot figure out how to delete a Lable. I can't Drag it to the Trash or little box. It doesn't have an Edit Icon Option.

You can hold the control key, the drag it to the trash. But, I tried it and it didn't remove the label from the Board. But, if you close the project and open it again, the label doesn't show up. I'll have to check on that.
